Post-doctoral research

Please email Kelly to discuss opportunities and research interests.

Graduate study

Graduate students are admitted into the umbrella UGA Integrated Life Sciences program, and then after the first semester matriculate into the Genetics graduate program. Graduate applicants are encouraged to contact Kelly directly via email. You can also find out about our graduate programs and requirements at their web sites.

Undergraduate research

We accept outstanding students into the lab to gain experience in evolutionary genetics research. Students can do research for BIOL/GENE 4960 credit and/or complete an Honors thesis. We expect undergraduates to be self-motivated and active members of the lab, and we only accept students who are willing to commit at least a full year to research. If you are interested in research, please contact Kelly by email.
